JENNIFER, 2009 SENIOR

Jennifer – Thanks so much for coming in and letting us be a part of your day. You’re such a beautiful girl and your talents are endless! Your Senior year is going to be a blast!

What are your two favorite websites?

My two favorite websites are Dreamhorse.com and aol.com.  Dreamhorse.com advertises horses for sale.  I spent two years searching this site (along with others) for the perfect horse.  I know it inside and out.

Aol.com keeps my life organized.  My daddy created my account when I was nine years old.  Though AOL is a little dated to some people, it serves my needs and I am able to stay in contact with the people around me.

Describe your dream Job. If you could do anything for a living what would it be?

My dream job, allowing it would provide financial support, would be designing horseshow clothes for a big barn.  When I say barn I mean a group of riders all riding under one name and trainer, similar to a club.  Horseshow clothes are very similar to something a Las Vegas show girl would wear, very glitzy and bright.  They also have very intricate designs on them, which are very fun to draw.  Designing the clothes would be very fun, as long as I don’t have to actually sew them.

What has been your biggest accomplishment so far?

I have been extremely fortunate to excel in almost everything I try.  My family has always supported anything I wanted to do.  This past fall I was the lead female cat in the Wenatchee School District’s “CATS.”  It was the most incredible thing to bring such joy to others, doing something I loved.  Making it through the long rehearsals, and trying to read the Paul Atwood’s (the director) mind, were tough things to do, but when I received a standing ovation, it was all worth it.  I lived a dream, my dream, there is nothing like that.

Where do you want to be in five years?

In five years, I hope to be through the first stages of college, hopefully not too far in debt.  I am not exactly sure what I want to study but I’m pretty sure it will require graduate school of some kind.  I would also love very much, as everyone does I’m sure, to be happy and successful.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

If I could go anywhere in the world I would defiantly go back to Africa.  My grandparents took me when I was in 6th grade and the culture and beauty was so different from anything I had every experienced.  I would love to go back and experience it again.

If there was an extra hour in the day, what would you spend it doing?

All the rest of the things I didn’t get done during the other hours during the day.

If your friends and family could only use three words to describe you, what would they be?

Efficient, Determined, Intelligent

If you could shop at any store, what would it be and what would you buy?

Adam & Eve, every pair of jeans they had in stock!

What are you looking forward to the most this year?

GRADUATION!

If you could choose two things that would never change, what would they be?

Love, and the ones I love.
